I will conduct myself in an appropriate manner at all times while performing as a Model for Besek Photography. If I do not, this agreement will be null and void, and I will not qualify for any benefits of being a Model for Besek Photography.
I also understand to be able to participate in the Model Program that I am required to place a $100 deposit before my first model session. I understand that this $100 will be placed as a credit into my account to use towards my print order.
